Purpose unfurls like a tobacco leaf if we have the patience to be still. (But slower than wild strawberries swallowing a line.) Will you know Me? (How can I begin to tell you that I have carried you our entire lives?)
Promise me that when I see you, I will know who you Are. (When you are Ready for me, I will be just before your eyes.) At what cost can Knowledge be mine? (Every one of us determines our own price. It is the calculus of Reality. Significance does not matter in the least.) I am waiting for someone to Tell me Anything to do. (Terrible decisions are cold comfort, nonetheless.) Is there nothing you can give me to Obviate the Need to be sure? (There is nothing I can give you that you do not already have.)
Noble Vines was begun as a way to showcase two areas in California: Lodi and Monterey. Winemaker, Aussie Ex Pat, James Ewart, crafts wines from both areas of family owned vineyards. Pinot Grigio/Gris/Grauburgunder was grown in Burgundy in the 1300's and spread from there to Alsace, Switzerland, Germany and the rest of the world. Genetically similar to Pinot Noir, it is a mutation of that red grape. The grapes for Pinot Grigio range from pale gray, to copper, to pale pink in color. This wine is pale straw in color with crisp aromas of white peach, green apple and lemon curd. The palate echoes the nose with citrus, peaches and hints of minerality edging to a zesty acidity on the lingering finish.
