Event Sponsorship Application

Use this form if you are having an event and requesting an in-kind wine, liquor or beer donation from Cheers. We do not monetarily sponsor any events. Cheers typically requests exclusive sponsorship of events except in extremely rare circumstances. If your event is accepted for sponsorship, Cheers will receive 4 complimentary tickets to the event to be used for in-store promotions of your event. We also request that any of our vendors or employees that help receive complimentary tickets. You will be contacted within 10 days.
