Event Sponsorship Application

Use this form if you are having an event and requesting an in-kind wine, liquor or beer donation from Cheers. We do not monetarily sponsor any events.
This form must be received 90 days prior to any event to be considered for sponsorship. 

Cheers typically requests exclusive sponsorship of events except in extremely rare circumstances. If your event is accepted for sponsorship, Cheers will receive 2 complimentary tickets to the event to be used for in-store promotions of your event. You will be contacted within 10 days.
