The Delicato Family has been making/selling wine since 1926. The fourth generation has expanded their holdings and are importing more than a few famous brands. The idea behind Noble vines was to showcase California wines, in particular the "Noble Grapes" like Cabernet and Chardonnay. This is a Proprietary Red, which is sometimes code for "We won't tell you what is in it. My guess is mostly Merlot, with some Cabernet. Dark ruby in color with aromas of black cherry, baking spice and vanilla.
